HOW IT WORKS
01. TEAMS RELAY
3 runners per team
1 km per runner
Two divisions:
Blue (sub-5 min/km)
Pink (5+ min/km)
- Top 2 teams per division advance to the final.
02. INDIVIDUAL RACE
Each runner will complete 3 laps of a 1.6 km loop.
Podium positions will be awarded to the top 3 men and top 3 women.
03. FUN RUN
Participants will complete a 5 km route at their own pace. Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.
