GENERAL RULES
- Time limits apply to all events as stipulated in the race information.
- All entrants must comply with ASA and AGN rules and age category regulations.
- Athletes must obey marshals and traffic officials at all times.
- No seconding or vehicles on the route.
- Refreshment will be available along the route.
- Athletes participate at their own risk and must ensure they are medically fit.
- The race committee reserves the right to accept or reject entries. The referee’s decision is final.
- Proof of age may be required for prize winners before prize giving.
- Official race numbers and age category tags must be worn as prescribed.
- No mechanically operated devices, blades, bicycles, prams or wheelchairs permitted.
- No animals or listening devices are permitted.
- Temporary licensed athletes qualify for open and category prizes if age tags are worn.
- Walkers must comply with race walking regulations; non-compliance may result in disqualification.

- Walkers may enter any event. Cut-off times will apply to both runners and walkers.
- Entry fees and additional purchases are not refundable, including in the event of race cancellation.
- Toilets will be available.
- Tog bag facilities will be available at the venue at the owner’s risk.
- Race results will be published online after the event.
